To make sure you are as relaxed as possible, please remember to come dressed very comfortably (feel free to wear your PJs if you like!).

Please also remember to bring:

• A yoga mat or something soft to lie on
* A cozy blanket and your favorite pillow
* A pen and paper to record your findings
