I wanted to share something we are genuinely really proud of… because caring for carers really does matter 💙

We’re pleased to say that Affinity Homecare has recently joined Moneyworks Wales/Cymru to further support the financial wellbeing of our amazing team.

Moneyworks Wales provides free and confidential support around things like budgeting, managing bills, understanding benefits and building confidence with money — support that can make a real difference in everyday life.

The scheme primarily supports individuals who live or work within their common bond areas, in line with their eligibility criteria. In some cases, staff based in England outside of these areas may still be able to access the service where certain membership conditions are met.

We’ll also be sharing more details soon about an optional Lunch & Learn session on April 15th, where our team can find out more.

Today we celebrate the incredible women who make up the heart of Affinity Homecare.

The majority of our team are women — compassionate, hardworking, resilient individuals who show up every day to care for others in their homes and communities. The work they do isn’t always easy, but it is always important.

We’re proud to work alongside so many strong women who support not only our clients, but each other as well.

And of course, a big thank you to the brilliant men in our team too — because great care is about teamwork, respect, and supporting one another.
