Had the best time last weekend at managing the land with our community. Super fulfilling being in the forest all day with great people working towards a common goal. Excited for more weekends like this 🙌🏼🙏🏻.

One of our friends in the community put this link in our group chat the other day. We were mid retreat, fresh out of the ocean and sitting down for breakfast with the latest group of men to put their trust in our work. Full of endorphins, gratitude and shakshuka. The timing couldn’t have been better.

Being featured in the top ten retreats in Europe by sounds cool, it definitely made us reflect on the journey these last six years have taken us, and all the men that have come our way. But in practice nothing changes and the work continues. Our focus is to make a positive impact on men’s mental health, creating ripple effects that spread out into the lives of their families and communities. Seeing headlines like this just tell us we’re on the right track.

Thanks to everyone that has supported us along the journey. 🙏

It was really great speaking at HQ a few weeks back, sharing how breathwork can be used to regulate the nervous system and optimise stress for better performance.

We began the day in the ocean, using simple breathing techniques to stay calm and focused in cold water, before moving indoors to explore how controlled exposure to stress when approached intentionally can improve clarity, decision making and resilience, particularly during demanding periods of work.

I love working with teams and organisations to translate these physiological principles into practical tools that support performance, wellbeing and adaptability under pressure.

Exploring underwater worlds in the Maldives. Want to know how I stay calm?

Here’s some context, As CO2 builds in the body, it’s the primary signal that triggers air hunger and the stress response, not a lack of oxygen. But this is commonly oversimplified in the breathwork space, when actually it is not C02 alone, it’s our brain’s interpretation of the signal.

If our tolerance to that signal is low, the nervous system can react quickly and disproportionately, even when we’re safe.
Training CO2 tolerance helps raise that threshold. It teaches the brain and nervous system that rising internal discomfort doesn’t automatically mean danger. The result is a calmer, more controlled response, in the water, in training, and often in everyday life.

Grateful for my training with which equipped me with the tools when underwater.

Had the privilege of speaking at the 2025 summit in Croatia a few days ago.

The talk was about about how we can use our breathing to improve performance, use stress as a resource and how understanding our physiological state helps us understand our behaviour.

It was a pleasure to lead this a great company and for over 200 engagement and energetic individuals.
