For real though, the Pilates Roll-Up is such an amazing exercise for day-to-day life.
It makes rounding your back feel safe again to your brain - so you’re able to bend forward without hurting yourself.
It trains spinal mobility, core strength, hamstring flexibility, lower back mobility and so much more!
Which means, everyday, it’s easier to:
☑️ unload the dishwasher
☑️ tie your shoes
☑️ put your socks on
☑️ pick things up from the floor
✅ and most importantly, pet your dog without putting your back out!
