Here at Training Develops we would like to thank all the emergency service workers for all they have done, especially during the pandemic. - The team have been super busy getting the new training centre operational as we look to make a decision on when to restart face to face training.

The safety of our training team and learning candidates is our highest priority and we will not be rushing into restarting until we are 100% happy with the safety measures we have introduced at Phoenix house and for our trainers who visit other business premises to train or consultant.

We are so grateful to be affiliated with some amazing awarding organisations. We plan on running many of our courses through Qualifications Network who have produced this amazing video to let you all know some of the changes we will be implimenting when we open.

Some of the team have had an amazing time working on the frontline ambulances during the COVID-19 pandemic. However they are now thankful to be back at the Carlisle centre ready to work full time getting everything ready for when training recommences. This week is . Here at Training Develops we know how important it is to be able to talk about mental health. We always aim to create inclusive, accepting teaching environments and will support each student to achieve their goals no matter what the circumstances.

We offer QNUK levels 1, 2 and 3 Awards in Mental Health at Work, providing the opportunity for employees and employers to promote a positive mental health culture in the workplace. We can also support individuals on the Level 3 course to become workplace mental health advocates. An increasingly pivotal role in the current climate.

- we have been a little quiet on here lately but we are working hard to safeguard the future of our beloved business so we can ensure we come through this better and stronger than ever! Many of the training team have joined Northwest Ambulance service and are currently working with frontline urgent care. The team has been sending us regular updates and is keeping safe and upskilling their qualifications as well as working with some of the best crews in the industry.
