Thank you for all the lovely messages and comments I will reply to everyone when I'm compos mentis. I'm beyond exhausted 😴 but unbelievably happy.

Absolutely brilliant day at the Scottish Masters Championships today.

Very happy to come home with two gold medals for the 60m and 200m.

Had so much fun on the podium with the most fabulous Irish ladies and so fortunate to share the day with some absolute gems Angela Kelly Becky Seaton and one very happy John.

Huge congratulations to our pocket rocket Carmel who ran her first Grizedale half marathon for Carlisle Tri Club at the weekend, finishing a brilliant 7th place in her category, and overall 35th out of 155 women!!

Carmel is a fantastic role model and inspiration, and she brings such great energy and positivity to every class. She's our little ray of sunshine ❤️
