I don’t know about you, but a roast just isn’t complete without a Yorkshire pudding ✅. Crispy, golden, perfect with gravy – and totally on the menu with Slimming World 🤩!

Here are my top tips for getting them just right 🥰:

✨ Whisk your batter well – those tiny bubbles mean it’s airy!

✨ Let your batter rest before cooking

✨ Heat your tin until it’s really hot (that’s the secret to the rise 😉)

✨ Whatever you do, don’t open that oven door!

Join us at Slimming World Thursdays 9:30am, 11:30am, 3:30pm, 5:30pm or 7:30pm (Carlisle United, Sunset Suite, Brunton Park). Our Extra Easy Food Optimising Plan allows us to eat unlimted amounts of delicious, tasty family friendly meals and lose weight at the same time. Amazing right? I have personally lost 3 stone with slimming world and became a consultant in November 2017. I have followed a number of other “diets” and have always felt restricted, I was never sucessful until I found slimming world. Slimming world cannot be described as a diet, why? Because it isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle change, the amount of food you can eat and lose weight still fascinates me to this very day. As a family we regularly enjoy many meals, including a full english breakfast, sweet and sour chicken, lasagne, hunter’s chicken, curries, Sunday roasts, stews, burgers, chips to name but a few, all of them within the extra easy food optimising plan. We still eat out as a family and enjoy socialising. Nothing is out of bounds on our truly amazing plan. Our Slimming World groups are friendly, supportive, inspiring, fun, warm, & motivational. Everyone is welcome wether you have 7lbs to lose or 7 stone. It can be a scary step walking through our doors, believe me, I know. One thing you are absolutely guareaanteed is a warm friendly welcome with no judgement or humilliation.
