BEGINNERS PILATES WORKSHOP

Have you have always wanted to try a Pilates class but have been unsure of what to expect? This beginners workshop will introduce you to Pilates by exploring the fundamental principles and giving you a greater understanding of how the movements feel in your body, there will be plenty of time to ask questions throughout the workshop.
Pilates uses slow and controlled movements with a key focus on strengthening our deep core muscles and promoting balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
All equipment will be provided. (You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one.)
