Our next FREE Living with & beyond cancer - Wellness 4 week course - Support sessions are now available to book
Every Thursday from 1pm - 3:30pm
This is a 4 week course where you can learn lots of tools and techniques such as mindfulness, breathing and self compassion, as well as enjoying time to chat over a cuppa with other people who are in similar situations.
If you or someone you know has been impacted by cancer, join us on the next workshop - starting on 5th March
