We can all do this x

Believe in yourself and what you can achieve. Set your ultimate goal, no matter how big, then set smaller, manageable goals to achieve along the way. Completing these smaller goals will help keep you motivated and will make your ultimate goal seem that much more achievable.

Have a checklist and tick the goals off as you complete them, with your ultimate goal being at the top of the list. Maybe even write next to your goal the treat that you might give yourself when you get there, perhaps a new outfit, spa day, a holiday.... Most importantly, try to really think how you will feel when you get to where you want to be. You really can get there with All About Weight !

Think of a number in your head for a goal you want to achieve, be it a 4 stone weight loss or 4 inches off your waist. When you get a craving for something you KNOW you should be avoiding, focus on this number and remind yourself that giving into your craving will only take you further away from achieving your number.

The challenge starts today!

*Weigh yourself this morning, we will have weekly
weigh-ins on here each Monday from next week.

*Go to our website www.allaboutw8.co.uk and you will see the Fitness Challenge under the Exercise tab. We have given you the schedule week ahead. Try as much as you can.... you won't get the butt you want by just sitting on it!

*Lucy, our Fitness Expert, will be on here live each Tuesday between 11am and 3pm to address any fitness related questions.

*Start/continue your All About Weight diet plan and don't forget to drink 2 litres of water each day!

Our 8 week challenge starts tomorrow. Join us all and keep focussed with the help of our excellent Fitness Expert, Lucy Childerley, and look and feel great, ready for the party season!

Lucy will be live on Facebook to answer any fitness related queries you have, each Tuesday between 11am and 3pm for the duration of the challenge.

Ok peeps, our 8 week challenge starts here on Monday!

Lucy Childerley, our Fitness Expert, has created weekly exercises, both cardio and toning to boost your weight loss over the 8 weeks, the first week's schedule will be up here on Sunday so you can get prepared for the week ahead.

If you can't do it all, don't worry, just try what you can, but one things for sure, if you give it all you've got, you will feel much better and healthier at the end of the 8 weeks..... ready for the party season!

We will have weigh-ins each Monday thereafter, so tell us how you're doing and there will be prizes along the way. Lucy will be live on here each Tuesday 11-3 pm to answer any fitness questions you may have.

We will have a winner at the end of the 8 weeks, who will receive a £250 voucher for All About Weight products.

We want to share some incredible news with you today.
