We can all do this x
Believe in yourself and what you can achieve. Set your ultimate goal, no matter how big, then set smaller, manageable goals to achieve along the way. Completing these smaller goals will help keep you motivated and will make your ultimate goal seem that much more achievable.
Have a checklist and tick the goals off as you complete them, with your ultimate goal being at the top of the list. Maybe even write next to your goal the treat that you might give yourself when you get there, perhaps a new outfit, spa day, a holiday.... Most importantly, try to really think how you will feel when you get to where you want to be. You really can get there with All About Weight !
