Great ‘Biomechanics + Rider Posture’ day with Dannii Little BHS Riding Instructor !! Lovely to meet so many riders who are so keen learn about their own Intrinsic Biomechanics to move more freely - keep up your exercises and your horses will thank you !! Thanks also to Alison and Mr Williams at Happy Hooves.

This is how a human physio looks when (firstly) learning one end of a horse from the other + (secondly) teaching rider corrections/dance moves.....half way through my advanced biomechanics trainer course (amazing experience)
