We had some important night deliveries at the weekend at for Border Barrier Systems Ltd. We delivered some safety barriers for the event that took place on Sunday.
We are available for deliveries 24hours a day, 7 days a week – which is perfect for jobs like these as to create as little disruption as possible these deliveries took place throughout the night.

Yard Supervisor

Border Group Ltd is a well-established national company offering a one stop shop service. The company profile includes; Border Barriers, Borderloos, Shower Hire and more recently acquiring Show Services Group, incorporating Grandstands GB, Grandstandsforhire; Grandstands on the Move, and Securifence UK. Our products and services are supplied throughout the UK and Europe for Hire or Purchase.
Due to expansion our Carlisle Depot is looking to recruit a Yard Supervisor to join our busy and expanding team. This role will also require the successful applicant to be flexible and able to work nationally and on occasions travel to Europe for installation / dismantle work. This will include overnight stays.
The ideal candidate for this role must demonstrate the following skills:
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be Motivated /Highly Organised
• Proactive
• Multi-Skilled
• Experience working as a supervisor / foreman in depot and/or on site.
The candidate must hold a valid Driving Licence, other tickets such as CSCS and Forklift licence are preferred but not essential. Full In-house training will be provided.

Road Barriers in an art installation? Yes, indeed!
