When I first learned the Reiki Principles, they changed how I spoke to myself.

Just for today became a permission slip.

Reiki Level One is about self healing, integrity, and learning to work with energy in a grounded and respectful way.

Such a beautiful day celebrating the 12 / 12 portal energy ✨🌟

This morning we released the dense energy of 2025, letting go of anything that no longer supports our power as we step into 2026 🌿🔥 A fresh space opened for our true, authentic self to rise with self love and compassion 💗

And this evening we gathered for the cosiest club of mindful colouring, diamond art, and conversations filled with laughter, encouragement, and connection 🎨💎✨

I honestly needed today. I’ve been in a bit of a funk these past few weeks and forgot to pause and appreciate the work I do, the sanctuary I’ve created, and the incredible people who walk through my door by choice and with open hearts 🤍🙏

This community we have co created has been a dream of mine for so long, and now I get to witness it coming to life right before my eyes ✨💫

Healers retreat season 2️⃣

The rise of the dragon’s 🐉 & the phoenix’s 🐦‍🔥

Even if I explained I don’t think you would all completely comprehend or understand the magic that unfolds every time we gather in sacred sisterhood.

Every path that aligns so strongly
Every note that tunes so beautifully 🎵
Every language that speaks to the souls so powerfully
Every move that builds an unbreakable force

I could tell you all how we built so much energy we literally blew the lights out and seen sparks literally fly! 💥 and not a fuse out of place 👀

I could tell you how we drummed and evoked the voice of the souls, released ego and let it become something bigger than human form. 🌬️

I could tell you how we attuned our minds, body’s and souls with the power of our voices.

I could even tell you how we received messages, guidance and clarity through the holy fire.

🔥 and that is all true! But truth is it was so much more than words can express and more than the human mind can comprehend.

Thank you always sisters for the cocreation, love, nurture and power we bring, to each other and the world around us.
