UPDATE ON ABBIE! As you know being a family business we like to keep you up to date with things in our family and people asking “where’s she at now” fortunately we had Abbie home for Christmas (well apart from her heading to do Kilimanjaro on Boxing Day) and today she’s back in her second home Guatemala! We probably won’t see her now until the end of the year! Stay Safe Abbie and we’ll keep you all updated! Miss you loads already Mam, Russ, Matty, Roxy and Lenny! ###

Today 6 years on we remember Caroline Flack

Her passing was a heartbreaking reminder that behind every public smile is a human being with real feelings, real struggles, and real vulnerabilities. It encouraged an important national conversation about mental health, media responsibility, and the impact of online commentary.

So today, let this be more than remembrance.

Let it be a pause
Let it be reflection
Let it be kindness

Today, we choose kindness.
We choose compassion.
We choose to remember her for her laughter, her sparkle, and the happiness she gave so many.

LIBELLOUS SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS - SHARE!

In light of another anonymous post being shared this evening, we felt the time was right to share the following.

My husband and I have remained quiet for some time, hoping that truth and decency would prevail.

Unfortunately, over recent months there has been a deliberate attempt to damage both my personal reputation and the family business we have worked tirelessly to build, through lies, defamatory posts, fake images and AI-generated content.

False information and deeply upsetting material have been circulated about me personally, with the clear intention of harming our family-run business and the families who place their trust in us at their most vulnerable moments.

We have not spoken publicly until now, as this matter is currently the subject of an active police investigation.

The past few months have been devastating for our family, our children, our staff, and the many families we care for. However, we want to reassure our community that we hold clear evidence and those responsible are known to us. This matter is now being addressed through the appropriate legal and professional channels.

Once the police have completed their work, we intend to make a further public statement. At that stage, we will robustly refute the false allegations and misinformation that have been circulated.

We built our business from scratch on compassion, honesty and trust, and our focus as a team remains resolutely on providing the highest standard of care at life’s most difficult time. We will not allow jealousy, lies or intimidation to undermine everything we stand for.

Our values have not changed.
Our standards have not changed.
Our commitment to compassionate, dignified care remains exactly as it always has.
