Every day is built on small choices.

Snooze or get up.
Decent breakfast or a quick Greggs every morning.
Water or another coke.
Out every weekend or once a month
Go home at midnight… or back to the kitchen after sesh.

Stack all of these bad decisions up and they become your habits. And your habits become your life. You do them mindlessly without giving a second thought, or you know you need to make to change but ignore it.

And then you try to change everything all at once and wonder why 6 weeks later your back to where you started  

If you’ve spent years building certain habits, you’re not going to undo them overnight.

Instead, start with the lowest hanging fruit. The easiest win.

Go to bed a bit earlier. Wake up at a consistent time. Go for a walk. Have a more balanced diet.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be done. 

Your brain doesn’t care if something is “easy” or “hard”… it cares about the win. That little hit of progress. And once it gets it, it wants more.

But it works both ways… Bad choices snowball too.

So keep it simple.
One habit. One focus. Change that

Then move on.

Being fitter and healthier is a lifestyle change. Don’t expect it to change over night.
