PRICE INCREASE NOTICE

Unfortunately I can’t put it off any longer. From
1ST FEBRUARY 2026 our prices will be increasing £5 across every groom and in some cases the increase will be higher so everyone is inline with each other.

I have spent months looking at ways to change the way we do things so we don’t need to increase our prices but it would mean changing everything we and your dogs love about our business.

We only have one dog in at a time ( unless from the same family) so they have our full attention and are free to run around and be comfortable.. to change this and have multiple dogs in would mean crating and that’s not something we feel comfortable offering as we have a lot of scared and reactive dogs in our care… also we want them to feel special as it’s their time.

We’ve also looked at Kenny getting another job so this isn’t our sole income but again we couldn’t offer the services we do to a lot of our dogs who really struggle with grooming and need their emotional support human (and I need him too! 😂)

Cheaper products aren’t an option as I’d only use on your dogs what I would use on my own and that’s top quality natural products.

Our overheads are forever increasing and to be able to carry on offering you and your dogs the service and love you deserve we’ve no choice.

I probably should of just put a notice up with no
explanation but you know I like to be totally honest with you all so I’m sorry for the rambling 😂

Thank you to everyone so far who I have mentioned the increase too your love and support means the world to us.

But please know that if we are now out of your budget as much as we don’t want to lose you as customers we totally understand if you need to look elsewhere as we all need to make decisions that are best for our circumstances.
