how ours body managed by this electrical systems.it’s my immense pleasure to share information as interventional pain physician . Single defect in circuit can make a great problems.

These are the spinal — the vital connections branching out from our cord. In total, we have 31 pairs: 8 , 12 , 5 , 5 sacral, and 1 . Each pair serves as a communication highway, carrying , , and signals between the cord and every part of the body. They coordinate , sensation, and even involuntary functions like heart rate and digestion.
It’s breathtaking system — a living network of precision and power — reminding us that the human body is one of evolution’s greatest masterpieces.

🏃🏻 💨 welcome to Day 11 of your DAHM running tips!!

💪🏻 This video gives you some ideas to strengthen your hamstrings if you can’t meet the minimum requirements in your at home testing (see previous video!!)

🧐 I find these videos particularly hard as there are so many exercises to choose from, and I don’t really give so many hamstring exercises out to rehab a hamstring issue! That might sound silly, but the hamstring is just one group of muscles working in conjunction with many others. HOWEVER, this video is purely to give you ideas to challenge the hamstrings in some isolation.

💪🏻 Today is the reintroduction to the hamstrings.
✅ We know that the hamstring can be responsible for absorbing / producing up to 4x your body weight during running, so they must be strong and durable 💪🏻…..

BUT……..how do we know if yours are capable enough or not? 🤷🏻‍♂️

🤨 No cheating!!!! They have to be clean reps, bum touches the floor (but no resting there) and up to form a straight line between knee, hip and shoulder. See how your left leg compares to your right…..
