A little inspiration for the weekend….

Over the last 8 weeks our Lifting Club have been working on their deadlifts

Every one of them have made significant improvements in form, technique and weight and I could not be prouder.

This week a few of them got together to test their 1 Rep Max and celebrate their progress. There’s something so empowering about women lifting heavy s**t and cheering each other on!
