What does planning a yoga class look like to you? Here are three of the many different ways that I plan a class. It could be sat on my mat or at my kitchen table surrounded by books and scribbles, it could be well into a good film and something will pop into my head, or out in nature walking.

There is so much to learn, so much to try and so much to share!
