Savasana = the 'do absolutely nothing and feel amazing' pose ☺️✨️

It's that moment at the end of yoga where you lie in a super comfy position, close your eyes, and just exist.
No stretching, no effort - just vibes, breathing, and letting your body soak up all the goodness.

Basically... it's a nap, but make it ✨️ mindful ✨️

I always include Savasana in my 1:1 sessions to close the practice 🤍
I'll even set you up with a pillow and tuck you in with a cosy blanket... because you deserve it 🫶🏽
