🎉 Big news for Parc Dewi Sant!

We’re excited to share that Go Sport Indoor Shooting Range will soon be opening inside The Chapel here onsite, bringing an Olympic-level sport right into the heart of Carmarthen 🏅

Over the past year we’ve tried so many ways to use the chapel for community events, but without a wedding licence and very limited permitted uses, it sadly wasn’t being used to its full potential. Instead of letting such a beautiful space sit empty, we wanted to bring something positive, safe and inclusive to the community and Go Sport ticked every box.

💛 Why Go Sport?

Go Sport is Wales’ leading indoor shooting centre, specialising in Air Rifle & Air Pistol shooting. Their fully trained coaches are on-site at all times, making sure every session is safe, supportive and genuinely fun.

🏅 The chapel will now become a training base for:

Members of the Welsh and GB Rifle & Pistol Talent Squads

Carmarthen Pistol & Rifle Club, who have produced Commonwealth-level athletes

Plus organisations like the Pony Club, Scouts and Young Farmers already train through Go Sport.

♿ Fully Inclusive

One of the best things about this sport? Anyone can get involved.

Go Sport offers specialist equipment for those with additional needs, so friends and families can all take part together - from school-level competitions right up to the Paralympics.

We know this is a big change for the chapel, but we’re genuinely excited to see the space finally being used, loved, and offering something unique for the community.
