Tonight we honour Shiva, the great yogi, the destroyer of illusion, the keeper of stillness within the storm

Maha Shivaratri is not just a festival…
It is a doorway.

A night to:
🕯 Release what no longer serves
🔥 Burn through ego and old patterns
🌊 Drop into deep meditation
🎶 Chant the sacred mantra Om Namah Shivaya

Shiva teaches us that destruction is sacred.
That endings are holy.
That from the ashes, something truer is born.

This is a powerful night for:

– Silent meditation
– Setting intentions
– Working with the throat and crown chakras

Let your voice become your prayer
Let vibration become your offering
Let stillness become your teacher

We surrender.

Before love was commercial, it was ceremonial
Before it was roses, it was devotion ,

Today, I invite you to turn your love inward ,

Feel the rhythm ,

In sound healing, the heart is not just emotion its a frequency.
When we chant, hum, or sing, we vibrate the heart space open ,
We remember that love is not something we chase.
It is something we are

As the Year of the Snake (29 January 2025 – 16 February 2026) comes to a close, I’m taking a moment to honour everything it asked of us ,

Snake energy was all about shedding.
Outgrowing old skins.
Facing what was hidden beneath ,
Moving with quiet wisdom and deep intuition.

It wasn’t always comfortable , transformation rarely is but it was powerful for us all ,

And now… we welcome the Year of the Horse, beginning 17 February 2026 🔥

Horse energy is all about freedom ,
Momentum
Courage
Wild-hearted expansion.

Where Snake moved in silence, Horse runs under open skies.
Where Snake coiled inward, Horse charges forward

And what better photo to share than my beloved Barney 🐎🤍
I lost him a while back, but he still rides with me in spirit.

I carry his hair in my drum be**er so every time I play, his energy, his strength, his beautiful spirit moves through the rhythm.

He was the most amazing horse
Gentle Powerful Soulful

This feels like a year to honour that energy to move boldly, to trust instinct, to run toward what sets our hearts free.
