Practicing what I preach today “To take time for yourself, rest & recovery when you need it” If you don’t prioritise these days your body will shut down and choose the day for you at the most inconvenient time! When you are promoting healing & recovery for so many for a living it’s so important to look after yourself too ! 🙏🏻❤️ Given myself my own therapies today: Hot herbal anti inflammatory compress, hot and cold therapy at Four Seasons Health and Leisure Club , hydration, rest & recovery, the best therapy ✨
