The outcome : We smashed the assignment 🫡

Well done to the absolute dream team events team (even if we all just signed up to be able to get out of bedtime for a glass of wine or 3 😂)

From the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone who turned up today. I wanted to walk so many times but I couldn’t because I knew someone would start shouting at me

That was special but can’t see myself doing that again. 10k’s are my friend 😅🫶🏼

Hey 👋🏼

It’s been a while and a lot has changed in the last few weeks and a lot is about to change 😉👀👀 (keep an eye out).

I have worked with pregnant women and new mums since 2017 when I became pregnant with Frankie and realised I had no clue what I could and couldn’t do whilst exercising when pregnant. I was already a PT so I qualified as a pre and postnatal specialist and the rest is now history.

Now I have a network of over 300 mums who use my services whether it be one on one PT sessions, mum & baby fitness classes or evening group pt sessions.

Having assessed and researched the NHS and private services available to us mums I have realised there is still limited access to after care and prenatal care for mums. Over the next few months my aim (with the help of my network) is to set up pre natal and postnatal courses alongside exercise that give women the support and guidance they need and require to confidently begin motherhood without breaking the bank.
