In this immersive Wilderness session, you’ll explore the art of simple, natural wellness through the power of botanicals — learning how to turn herbs, flowers, roots and everyday ingredients into beautiful, non-toxic preparations you can use at home in your personal care.
Together, we will create a collection of seasonal botanical products, inspired by modern homesteading, old countryside traditions and the beauty of small-batch craft.
Expect grounding rituals, gentle scent, and recipes that bring nature into your daily routine.
You will learn how to:
• Craft herbal infusions, milks, salves and oils
• Use seasonal plants for wellbeing and ritual
