Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Vicky into the Carnforth Pharmacy team.

Vicky has worked in pharmacy since 2007, both in community and private hospital settings.

Vicky will work in the pharmacy as a pharmacy adviser to provide excellent customer care to our lovely patients and she is currently training to be a technician.

⭐️⭐️ TEAM MEMBER POST ⭐️⭐️

This is both a sad and a happy post for us - this week marked Corey’s last day with our team.

He is leaving us to pursue his dream of becoming a pharmacist and is starting his studies at university next week! So even though we will miss him and are sad to lose him, he is off to pursue his dream, so we are also incredibly proud and happy for him.

Corey joined us back in 2024 and since he started he has shown constant commitment and hard work. His positive attitude and contributions to our team have been truly invaluable.

Last night the team went out to wish him luck and celebrate the next step in his career.

Good luck Corey and we wish you nothing but success in all your future endeavours.

⛔️ ATTENTION - ROAD WORKS ⛔️

We have had this notification from the National Highways stating that essential repair work is taking place on the motorway between junction 34 and 35 and may cause travel time delays during busy periods.

We’d just like to make you aware of this in case you have an appointment booked with us so that you can plan extra travel time if needed.

This work is taking place from 15th September until the end of November 2025.

🌟⭐️ ANNIVERSARY POST ⭐️🌟

Did you know that it was 5 years ago today that Ben and Emily opened the doors of Carnforth Pharmacy to the community?

Ben and Emily took over the pharmacy in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 and it was a venture into the unknown.

However, 5 years later and the pharmacy is thriving thanks to the support of our fantastic patients and customers and all the hard work of our brilliant team.

🌟Who wants to hear some AMAZING news? 🌟

Kat, who has just been awarded her NVQ level 3 in pharmacy, can now join the national register as a qualified technician! Hooray!

As well as assuring the depth of her knowledge, this will open up many new opportunities for Kat in the pharmacy.

She has worked tirelessly for 2 years towards this achievement and we are super proud of her!
