We had some fun learning new moves on the reformer today! So loving this wonderful apparatus. GREAT JOB CLARE! This is hard!! If you would like to try the reformer for yourself please get in touch.

We are rather excited to have this lovely piece of equipment from Balanced Body arrive this week. It is a pilates reformer. Using the reformer for your pilates exercises can provide both extra challenge and extra support whilst doing your exercises and the possibilities for variations are almost unlimited. We are looking forward to using the reformer for both rehabilitation exercises for our clients recovering from injury or surgery and also using it for pilates reformer workouts. Formal training starts on Monday via the APPI. Can't wait! If you are looking for reformer sessions locally please get in touch for more information.

With the new Tier 4 announcement today we would like to update you on our clinic opening in January.

Versatile will remain open for clients needing our expertise and help. The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy guidance is:

"The CSP is keen to reassure members and patients that physiotherapy services across the UK can remain open no matter what level of lockdown restrictions their area is subject to. This includes private and independent sectors"

Now, more than ever, it is important that access to healthcare services is maintained. Every client will be treated on an individual basis and we continue to do everything we can to minimise the risk of COVID-19 spread.

We have essential PPE in situ in clinic for therapists and clients.

We are having a deep clean of the whole clinic twice weekly and wipe down of all surfaces between every client (door handles, plinths, chairs etc).

Client appointments will be staggered to minimise transmission risk. Screening questions pertaining to COVID-19 symptoms will be utilised.

We are closed until the 4th January and despite this latest disappointment wish all our clients and your families a happy and healthy New Year and Roll on those vaccinations!

Well that’s us finished for Christmas now. We will open again from 4th January. We wish a very Happy Christmas to all our clients and here’s to a more normal 2021! Here’s a little post from Clare’s buddy Pilates session today. Both ladies are feeling the benefit of moving again and doing great! 💕💕
