In numerology , 2025 is a year 9… it’s a year of completion, of endings, the year of the snake where it’s shedding its skin of what needs to be dealt with in our lives, whether relationships, friendships, our job, or just the way we have been living our lives that no longer works for us and where there is great change happening. On a deep soul level, we are transforming 💫
2026 is a year 1, the year of the Horse and new beginnings. It’s a new start, where great change is happening , galloping forward, horse power, transformation, changing jobs to align with your souls purpose and being your true authentic self. The snake.. shedding the “old” and the horse …galloping forward.
I think 2025 has been a very difficult year for many, whoever you speak to, most have said it’s been a year of heaviness and many challenges. It’s certainly been a year full of lessons and hopefully we can learn from them and grow 💫
Wishing you all a peaceful time at Christmas and let’s look forward to a brand new 2026, year of the graceful galloping horse 🐎 🫶😊

Hello friends …it’s been a while!!

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been active on here and during that time, life has taken me on quite a journey, full of change, reflection, and growth.
We have welcomed a gorgeous new grandson, a house move which after 33 years living in Lancaster was a huge step for us… and we are loving this new space.
Sadly this year, my family and I experienced the heartbreaking loss of our beautiful mum. 💔 We were blessed with a mum whose selfless heart left a legacy of kindness, compassion, and love that will stay with us forever. She taught me the values of unconditional love for your family and her example continues to guide and inspire me every single day 🙏
Family is very important to me and so are my Nonna duties , so now with my grandson at nursery, I can open up a few more massage appointments.
After 15 years working as a massage therapist, with extensive training in a variety of techniques, I feel my energy healing has reached a new level, allowing me to delve deeper, allowing the body and mind to find balance, clarity, and profound calm.

“Silvia has been manipulating my tired and worn out muscles for a long time and it’s always a pleasure - and relief - to feel her warm hands do their work.
Unfortunately I recently had to undergo a course of chemotherapy which precluded me enjoying any deep tissue or hot stone massage until the treatment was completed. Silvia suggested I may benefit from a session of Reiki, with additional tuning fork healing. I must admit, I was unfamiliar with both methods and therefore a tad sceptical but as I have every faith in Silvia, agreed to give it a go.
Reclining in her treatment room, I luxuriated in the holistic process of low frequency sounds and Silvia’s warm, gentle touch. I immediately drifted into a deeply relaxed state, free of my usual aches and pains. My eyes were tightly closed during the session and yet I saw beautiful shapes forming and receding, with vivid shades of blue, purple and gold, smoke, clouds and crystals… it really was a magical experience and I felt very moved.

Summer Solstice blessings 🙌🏼 ☀️

Summer solstice is upon us
we are halfway through this year
take a beat, retreat, reflect and pause
to see your journey clear

you have toiled enough to warrant
some time out from the race
feel the tension on your shoulders
breathe it out, relax your face

let the light infuse your soul
let the warmth into your bones
let the easy months take hold
let the winter weight be gone

fill your stores with joy and being
capture snapshots for your heart
they will fuel your winter fires
they will permeate the dark

It is now the living’s easy
so let this truth be true
you are worn and you are weary
let the busy melt from view

Summer solstice is upon us
give it up to boundless days
let the summer breeze drift through
and carry you away.

It doesn’t have to be 27 things in particular, sometimes just removing or rearranging certain things can create a positive effect.
Ch’i needs to circulate around clean uncluttered space, so if you can, clean as you go. Open windows, water your plants ( esp remove dead plants and leaves - not good Feng Shui) play some music, clear out things no longer used or needed. Place crystals to energise your home. It's about creating an outward environment to reflect how you want to feel within and to invite good energy into your space. The goal is to create a harmonious environment that promotes positive energy flow ✨

Grounding 👣 🙌🏼
Walking barefoot on the earth is good for you – it’s called ‘grounding’
Grounding is simple and easy. What could be more connective than walking barefoot on the earth?

Our world is full of magnetic forces and electromagnetic waves that are not in alignment with our own energetic field. Think phone, electricity, microwaves and smart meters.
There is strong evidence to suggest that these electromagnetic waves, which affect our own sensitive frequency, can make us ill.

Walking or standing barefoot on the earth has powerful healing potential. Damp grass and sand are the best surfaces.

The earth carries a huge negative charge within it, which is electron rich and acts as a powerful anti-oxidant, helping to remove free radicals from the body.

We are part of nature and nature is part of us, so there is no surprise that walking directly on the earth helps our own energy to flow more freely. It’s refreshing, it feels good and you may even be able to feel the earths charge through the soles of your feet 👣

Giggle giggle 🤭 …I don’t really 🤭 But if you’re not actually sure what “holistic” means ( I occasionally get asked ) here’s a brief explanation ..
“Holistic healing is a form of healing that considers the whole person – body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Holistic healing aims to prevent and treat disease, and promote optimal health and wellness. Holistic healing integrates conventional and alternative therapies and uses natural remedies as opposed to synthetic drugs. The term ‘holistic’ comes from the Greek word ‘holos’ which means ‘whole’. “

A new batch of lovely aromatic Frankincense resin sitting very nicely in a little green pot I recently made at Riverside Pottery. Frankincense is one of my most favourite essential oils to work with and the resin is used for aura and space cleansing. So when I was looking for something “nicer” than the package the resin came in, I thought my little green pot would just be the perfect thing. And here it is now taking pride of place 💫
