The most detailed view of a human cell to date is the "Cellular landscape cross-section through a eukaryotic cell", a 3D model created by Evan Ingersoll and Gael McGill. This visualization combines data from multiple scientific techniques, including X-ray, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and cryoelectron microscopy, to represent the cell's intricate structures and molecular choreography. Another recent and highly detailed effort is the comprehensive map of the U2OS cell created by researchers at UC San Diego and Stanford University, which uses Al and advanced imaging to reveal protein functions.

‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Autumn…’. 🍁🍂🎃
And feel it! Are those soups & stews bubbling away in a big batch cook?

This time of year lends itself to preparing your body for Winter which I think is quite harsh on our systems. The heating gets cranked up, we live in ‘dry ‘ heat and certainly don’t feel like increasing our water intake to help.

Each year it happens, people who’ve ’been fine for months’ suddenly get a bit constipated and come for a colonic.

If you think things are slowing down, nip it in the bud and give me a ring. 😀

Hello All!

This just popped up on my feed and it really hit home!
Nothing else matters except health ( I’d add the word love to that but I’m guessing ‘health’ includes physical,mental & emotional health ❤️)

We spend most of our lives chasing deadlines, money, success, recognition, and approval. We tell ourselves that everything is urgent, everything is important. We push our bodies to the edge, sacrifice sleep, ignore proper meals, and silence the little signals our health tries to send us.

But the moment sickness knocks at our door, all those “urgent” things suddenly fade into the background. The meetings, the bills, the arguments, the possessions — none of them matter. In that fragile moment, you realize there has only ever been one thing that truly matters — your health.

💠 Without health, wealth is useless.
💠 Without health, even relationships suffer.
💠 Without health, dreams lose their meaning.

Your body is your home, your temple, your vessel in this world. If you don’t take care of it, everything else loses its foundation.

✨ Eat to nourish, not just to fill.
