ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & MONTH’S MIND MASS DETAILS

The family of the late John McAllister, R.I.P., wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us in our recent loss.

While we continue to grieve the loss of a wonder Husband, father, granda, uncle and great friend the outpouring of support shown to us at this time will help us thorough the difficult days, months and years ahead.

We are forever grateful to all those who sent cards, called to his house, to all his work colleagues for their support, to those who attended the Mass, the graveside and lined the route of the funeral cortege, and to the large amount of people who watched the Mass online.

A special thanks to the following people; Father Tony Fitzsimons for celebrating the Funeral Mass, Catherine Hamilton for the beautiful singing, McAuley's Bar, Carnlough, and Marty McToal for the beautiful food and generosity.

A special mention to Joe Cunning and Cunning Funeral Directors for their professionalism and the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements, and their help and guidance through the wake and funeral.

Whilst we cannot thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation and thanks.

Paddy and family appreciate and thank all our family, friends, neighbours and the wider community who helped us during this difficult time.

Thanks to those who called, sent messages of sympathy, Mass cards, Sympathy cards, and anyone who helped in any way.

Sincere thanks to Father Strain and Father Lyons, who provided us with great comfort and support, and for celebrating the Requiem Mass.

A sincere thanks to Joe Cunning and Cunning Funeral Directors for their outstanding professionalism and the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and for all their help and support during the wake and funeral.

Acknowledgment of thanks for the late Sean Doherty ((Larne, formerly The Vennel, Glenarm). May He Rest In Peace.

We offer our thanks to everyone who attended the wake, Requiem Mass, burial, sent Mass cards or sympathy cards and offered messages of condolence and support at this very difficult time.

Many thanks to Corran Surgery Staff and Doctors, One to One Carers, and Inver House Nurses and Staff for all their wonderful care and support to dad, and us as a family.

Heartfelt thanks to Fr Milo for his guidance in the preparation and celebration of Sean’s Requiem Mass.

Uncle Tommy, and our cousins Paul and Bernie, you were our rocks, we cannot thank you enough.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the death of John Daly, Carnlough and formerly Belfast. John passed away peacefully on 7th November in Karingmore Private Residential Home, may he rest in peace.

Dearly beloved husband of the late Kathleen and loving father of Joan (Coulter), Angela (Daly), Rosemary (Mc Quade), John, Steven and Paul. Dear father-in-law of Colin, Eamonn, William, Denise, Sonia, Barbara and devoted grandfather to all his grandchildren.

John's remains will repose at his son Steven’s house, 11 Moyle Gardens, Carnlough. BT44 0HD. John’s funeral will leave his son’s residence on Wednesday 12th November at 10.20am to St. John the Evangelist Church for 11.00am Requiem Mass.

John’s remains will repose in St. John the Evangelist Church until Thursday, leaving at 12.45pm to arrive at Newtownabbey Crematorium at 2.00pm for committal.

Our Lady of Lourdes pray for him.

Visiting times between 12 noon and 8.00pm please.

Acknowledgment of thanks for the late VERONICA McKINLEY (Cushendall, Carnlough & Castledawson). RIP

Martin, Noel, Gerard, Joanne and Francine would like to say thanks to everyone who sympathised with us after the passing of our mother.
We would like to extend our deepest thanks to the staff at Causeway Hospital and McMillan Nurses who treated our Mum with such care and compassion.
Thank you to Father Fitzsimmons for the beautiful mass and to the Gribben sisters for their heartfelt music.
Thank you also to the team at Harbour Lights Café, who provided much needed refreshments, and to the staff at McAuley’s Inn who served and looked after us all after the funeral service.
Finally a special thanks to Joe at Cunning Funeral Services for his care, compassion and professionalism at a difficult time.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The family of the late John Dornan wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the love and support shown to us following the death of much a loved father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother.

We appreciate and thank all our relatives, friends, neighbours and the wider community who called, sent messages of sympathy, Mass cards, Sympathy cards and anyone who helped in any way.

Sincere thanks to Father Patrick Devlin who provided us all with great comfort and support, and for celebrating the Funeral Mass. Thanks also to Amy Mc Allister for providing the beautiful music and singing.

Our thanks also goes to the staff of the Glens of Antrim Medical Centre for all their care, the community nursing team and carers.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The family of the late Liam Reid, Feystown, Glenarm, would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the support shown to us while we continue to grieve the loss of a husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather and brother.

Thank you to all our friends, neighbours and the wider community who supported us, sent Mass cards, sympathy messages and helped us in any way. Your thoughtfulness and kindness brought us great comfort during a very difficult time, and was deeply appreciated.

We are especially grateful to Fr. Fitzsimons for celebrating the beautiful Requiem Mass, and to Kate Mc Clure, along with Laura and Rachel O'Boyle, for providing the beautiful music.

We wish to acknowledge the exceptional care given to Liam prior to his death by Claire and Liam McConaghie, thanks also to the girls of Optimum Care for their kindness and support.

Special thanks to Joe at Cunning Funeral Directors for the professional and caring manner in which he co-ordinated the funeral arrangements, and for the kindness, guidance and support he gave our family in our grief.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the death of John Mc Allister, 21 Croft Grove, Carnlough. BT44 0EL.

John passed away suddenly at home on 26th October, 2025. May he rest in peace.

Dearly beloved husband of Ann and loving father of Martin, Irene, her partner John, Sinead, Fiona, Ciaran and his wife Sheree. Devoted granda of Shannon, Emily, Savanna, Eireann, Shane and Maddie. Dear brother of Eileen, Margaret and the late Suzanne. A loving uncle, brother-in-law and friend to many.

John's funeral will leave his late residence on Wednesday 29th October at 11.20am to St. John The Evangelist Church for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Friends and family welcome to visit until 11pm on Monday night and between the hours of 12 noon and 8pm on Tuesday.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the death of Sean Doherty, 19 Bryan Street, Larne, and formerly of The Vennel, Glenarm. Sean passed away peacefully in Inver House today, 21st October, 2025. May he rest in peace.

Dearly beloved husband of the late Sheila and loving father of Sean, Kathleen (Kate Magill), AnneMarie (Mc Alister), and Martin. Dear father-in-law of Marion, Alex and Dominic. Devoted granda of 12 grandchildren, including the late Lisa; and 16 great grandchildren.

Sean's funeral will leave his late residence on Saturday at 11.30am to St MacNissi's Church for 12 noon Requiem Mass, burial afterwards in Larne Cemetery.

The family of the late Andrew (Drew) Ramsey, Carnlough (formerly Ballymena), would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us during our recent bereavement.

We have been deeply touched by the kindness and love shown by our family, friends, neighbours, and the wider community. Your cards, messages, visits, and many thoughtful gestures have brought us great comfort and strength during such a difficult time.

We are especially grateful to Rev. Henry Keys for his warmth, pastoral care, and for conducting such a personal and meaningful service in the Methodist Church, Herbert Street, Carnlough. Our sincere thanks also to Amy McAllister for the beautiful music and singing, which made the service so special and memorable.

We would like to give our thanks to all those who cared for Drew with such compassion — the Glens of Antrim medical staff, district nurses, Marie Curie, Northern Ireland Hospice, Dalriada Urgent Care and Optimum Carers. Your kindness and dedication meant the world to us, and we will be forever grateful.

A very special thank you to Joe at Cunning Funeral Directors for the gentle, respectful, and caring way he guided us through every step of the arrangements. His support, professionalism, and attention to detail went far beyond what we could have hoped for, and we are truly thankful.
