I have had such an amazing (albeit busy) week...and it feels like i managed to get a good balance of work and family time so I am going into the weekend with a very happy, and grateful heart 🥰

It's been so lovely seeing the progress some of my young people have been making. The sun has absolutely been putting a spring in everyone's steps.

Laura and I are taking the little ones to see Justin Fletcher's rock show today....wish us luck 🤣

Happy March 🌼
...and hello sun. Its been so lovely seeing little glimmers of Spring in-between the rain, I have noticed the nights getting lighter and have even seen some flowers starting to bloom. Life feels so much better with a bit of sunshine doesn't it 🥰

Looking forward to another busy week, as well as private one-to-one's and tutoring......

💜 I returned to Beath HS today to do one-to-one sessions. I will be there every Monday this term.

💜 I am going to deliver a relaxation session to parents of children with ASN at Inzievar PS tomorrow

💜 Laura and i will be running an event at the Willie Clarke building at Lochore Meadows on Friday morning for International Women's Day.

Last night, Laura and I well and truly stepped outside our comfort zones as we hosted 13 incredible women at our Vino & Vent evening at The Canmore House Bar & Restaurant.

💜 There was sharing.
💜 There was connecting.
💜 There was releasing and relaxing.
💜 And there was a LOT of laughter.

There’s something so powerful about bringing women together in a safe, welcoming space — when one person opens up, it gives others permission to do the same. The honesty, warmth and support in the room was so special to witness.

Thank you so much to every single person who came along and for all your lovely feedback afterwards. It truly meant the world.

Here’s to more evenings of connection 💜
