“Sorry for the Silence”

Lately, things have been a little quieter from my end.
It’s not that I’ve forgotten or stepped away I’ve just been under the weather and needed to slow down, living with chronic conditions can be tough.

Sometimes our bodies have a way of reminding us to pause, to rest, and to refill the cup we’ve been pouring from for too long. That’s where I am right now, taking time to heal and regain strength.

I just wanted to say thank you for your patience and understanding.
I’ll be back soon, when I’m feeling more myself again. 💛
