✨ New 3-Week Baby Sling & Pregnancy Block - Starts Next Week! ✨

New block of classes starts next Tuesday 14th January, 1–2pm🤰🏻👶💃

This class is perfect for bonding with your baby, moving your body gently and meeting other parents in a relaxed, friendly space. No dance experience needed - just bring yourself and your little one! Also suitable for expectant mums.

👉 Can’t make Tuesdays? We are happy to run additional days/times if there’s interest, so please still get in touch if you’d like to come along.

Developed in the USA, this unique class is the only one of its kind in Angus - a fun, judgement-free space where the focus is simply on moving to music and enjoying yourself.

✅ A chance to switch off and recharge
✅ Great music, lots of laughs, and good company

Pop-up dates for November now available. Classes take place at the Panmure Centre, Kinloch Street, Carnoustie.

So what style of dancing do we do at the GroovaRoo Pregnancy and Baby Sling Class? 💃👶

Soul Line Dancing - a mix of easy-to-follow moves, great music, and plenty of baby cuddles.

We dance to all sorts of artists (think Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, The Beatles) so there’s something for everyone.

The best part? Your baby feels the rhythm right along with you, helping them feel calm and connected.

Fun fact - Soul Line Dancing is rooted in African dance traditions, reimagined in a modern way!
