Align Pilates is taught by Rosie, a fully certified APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute

Pilates focuses on building up strength in abdominals, hips and back muscles and helps with better posture. Practising pilates will help reduce back pain, aid wellbeing and better movement. Classes and one-to-one sessions are tailored to suit individuals of all abilities and ages. Bespoke individual courses may be offered following referral and consultation.

Reformer classes are booked in 4 week blocks.

Please note there will be no Reformer classes on W/C 19th until 23rd Jan. Reformer classes will resume as normal from W/C 26th.

✨️Exciting news!✨️

Meet Laura, our newest teacher!💫

We’re thrilled to welcome Laura to the team! She’ll be teaching both Reformer and Mat Pilates classes across our studios.

Here’s a little about Laura:

“I’m a fully qualified Reformer and mat Pilates teacher and am so excited to be working with Rosie in her beautiful studios. My work background is in healthcare, specifically in midwifery and then branching into ultrasound for the last 10 years.

I first tried Pilates around 20 years ago and quickly saw the benefits it brings when taught with proper technique and consistent practice. Through teaching classes and in one to one sessions, I hope to help others see and feel the difference Pilates makes, improving posture, flexibility and overall ease of everyday movement.

My own Pilates journey is ongoing as I believe it’s important to never stop learning. Under Rosie’s guidance, I aim to continue growing as a Pilates teacher, as well as drawing on her years of experience to deepen my own personal practice as well.

I look forward to seeing you in class.”

We’re excited to welcome you to our latest schedule of Reformer Pilates classes, designed to help you move with strength, ease, and intention.

🗓 Tuesday Reformer Classes

🗓 Friday Reformer Classes

• 9:30am
• 10:30am
• 11:30am (stretch reformer class )

Our Reformer Classes are 50 minutes of focused movement and mindful strength-building. Each class is £20, booked in blocks of 4 weeks. To align with the countdown to Christmas (yes, it’s coming!), our first block will run for 5 weeks, giving you 9 weeks of energising sessions before the holidays.

Our Reformer Stretch Classes offer 30 minutes of deep release and restorative movement, perfect for easing tension and improving flexibility. These are £12 per session.
