Today has been a brilliant day, sea swim this morning with Alan and Trisha Topping. Tonight we were stopped by three ladies in a Hyundai car who gave us a gift for helping their young person a few weeks ago on outreach (you know who you are) sometimes we get gentle reminders that what we do is worth it each week. We are overwhelmed with gratitude.
We also had two young girls tonight talk to us about their hobbies and how they are grateful for knowing that we care about their safety. It’s a good feeling to know we make a difference.
Thanks to Billy, Stevie. Jim and the CIT team who are such a support.

Massive thank you to Alan Topping who made his debut into sea swimming. He is raising awareness of mental health and CHILL. This is completely out of his comfort zone which is a massive reflection of how counselling can seem really uncomfortable but also you can push yourself out of your comfort zone. Thanks so much to Alan, Trish and Nathan for organising this.
