People sometimes get embarrassed that they ‘nodded off’ during a treatment but I absolutely love it when they do. The body in a deep form of relaxation is exactly what it needs. Don’t be afraid to ‘switch off’ and make the absolute most out of your treatment. Let your body heal 💖👣

Appreciation Post 💖👣 I want to say Thankyou so much to everyone who has came through my door since I started my little venture. I’ve been overwhelmed with all the support and positive feedback, I really truly appreciate it. Unfortunately from the 1st June like other small businesses due to the increase in energy prices, I will be increasing my price to £25 per reflexology treatment which is still well underneath the going rate. Insomnia…. Reflexology has been proven to help your body into a relaxed state, therefor sleep comes naturally. Nearly all of my clients so far have said they get the best nights sleep after a treatment and feel so much more relaxed. Everything seems so much better after a good nights sleep 😴.

Reflexology has so many benefits. Several studies indicate that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep. Given that reflexology is also low risk, it can be a reasonable option if you're seeking relaxation and stress relief. Happy Saturday 💖👣.

Hi Everyone, welcome to my new page. I am currently studying reflexology and have decided to start doing some treatments at a introductory price. I first had reflexology when I was struggling with life in general. It really opened my eyes to holistic healing for physical and mental well being.
