1 in 5 children are living with an undiagnosed vision problem. Help keep their eyes healthy with regular eye tests, eating a healthy diet, limiting screen use, spending 2 hours a day outdoors and wearing sunglasses.

Extended screen time is associated with an increased risk of developing and worsening myopia (nearsightedness) and the onset of dry eye in children. Limit your child’s screen use and balance with time spent outdoors.
