It hasn't been easy for Noeleen, at times struggling with various health conditions that required hard graft and determination to keep going...

The biggest WIN for Noeleen has been her mindset💯 despite many challenges, she was determined to not give up and as a result she has achieved so much over the past couple of years including⤵️

🏋‍♀️Very good all round Strength & Technically ability

Most importantly, exercise is now part of Noeleen's daily routine and her her word's "couldn't imagine not doing it"
