As the year comes to an end, I want to say thank you for continuing to show up — on the mat and being part of our small community.
This year has been a quiet lesson in self-compassion and meeting ourselves where we are.

As we step into a new year, my wish for you is simple: more ease, small moments of joy, and a growing trust in yourself and your body.
