Due to being extremely busy at the moment I am currently behind on paperwork.

I apologise to anyone awaiting quotations, invoices, timeslots or even just a simple response to messages and emails.

We will be trying to catch up over this weekend.

Although Hannah is helping with the administration work she is also working full time, so is also, very busy!

Please note: Due to the cold weather we are facing, I have no further availability this week.
If you’ve messaged me, I’ll be getting back to you over the weekend, as I’ve been working until 9–10pm most days this week to keep up.

I will be moving a project that was booked in for next week to create space for EMERGENCY WORKS ONLY — for example, intermittent or no heating and/or hot water.

I sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support during my time away and can't wait to reconnect with everyone. 🌟 REMINDER 🌟

Good evening everyone,

This is a friendly reminder to let you all know that we will be out of the office from Friday 29th of September onwards. Our WhatsApp nor emails will NOT be monitored while we are away, however our landline will be in the safe hands of our trusted sub-contractors who will be able to assist you in case of emergencies.

Dear valued customers,

Between the 29th of September and the 22nd of October, Hannah and I will be away from the office to celebrate our marriage! 🥂✨

Our big day is set on the 15th of October, and we couldn't be more thrilled to embark on this new chapter of our lives together. 🤵👰 During this time, we'll be taking a well-deserved break to create beautiful memories and enjoy our honeymoon.

Rest assured, we have made arrangements to ensure that your needs are still taken care of. Hi All,

The office will be closed tomorrow (Friday 21st July.) It is a certain someone's birthday tomorrow, that someone is Chris! Chris and the team will be having a well deserved day off to celebrate🙂.

We are pleased to be sharing with you this recent transformation of a boiler and cylinder installation. The previous installer had left exposed cables, incorrectly supported pipework, cylinders and even the boiler bracket only had one screw in it.
To top it all off, the boiler installed, was not commisioned, registered, or signed off with Gas Safe!
