💙Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but they can be used towards any treatment of your choice.

💙Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown at the time of purchase — unfortunately, expired vouchers can’t be accepted.

💙Bookings made with a gift voucher follow the same cancellation and lateness policy as all other appointments:
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your booking, the full treatment amount will be deducted from your voucher.
If you don’t attend your appointment or arrive 15 minutes or more late, your voucher will be marked as redeemed.

💙Please bring your voucher with you to your appointment.

💜🌿 Important Booking Update – Effective January 2026 🌿💜

Starting January 2026, all bookings will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Unfortunately, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, I’ve had to introduce this policy. As a small business, these cancellations have a big impact, and this change will help me continue to provide the best service possible.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or do not attend, you will lose your deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook.
