Ok, so hear me out. Have you heard of the GROW model? Have you been working with it as I have? Since 2006 when i qualified it served a purpose, gave a framework and here's the recap...

which to me sounds a little too hustle culture now.
it's been extended. many now are using the GROWTH model - TACTICS and HABITS - again seeming to be hardening.

I liked having the GROWTH model as a structure – it made things clear and gave a repeatable framework, which felt more helpful than just talking things through. Your empathy came across really well, and the gentle guidance on focusing on the key areas, especially “how will I know,” was really useful.
The biggest insight for me personally was with the affirmations – saying “I matter” literally gave me a physical reaction, but I’ve been repeating it in tricky moments which I think is helping me slowly start to recognise it as true.
