Lesley hasn’t just transformed her eating habits – her whole mindset has shifted. Thanks to her weight loss, she was able to have keyhole surgery and is now recovering brilliantly. She inspires us every single week in our 7.30am session, showing how planning ahead and navigating tricky times really pays off ❤️✨
