✨️ The weight of the head is around 5kg, but with forward head posture, this weight increases significantly, adding 4.5kg of effective load on the neck for every inch the head moves forward. For instance, at a 45-degree angle of forward head posture, the neck must support the equivalent weight of a 22kg bowling ball, greatly increasing strain on the cervical spine and surrounding muscles. ✨️
Limiting screen time and adjusting posture will help reduce the pressure. Massage will also help to loosen off tight muscles affected and can often give instant relief from discomfort
