The power of Savasana cannot be overemphasized because when you lie in Savasana your eyes are covered, you’re not moving or looking around and thus it is called the Co**se Pose. It is the embodiment of letting go of fear. Fear creates tension and when we systemically become aware of and then release tension, we are deeply healing fear because we are embodying the present moment. JHL
