Fraudsters are operating in our area and are calling customers claiming to be from Care Link and similarly named companies.

If you’re worried about a call being a scam, our team members will always be happy for you to call us back on 01977 788000.

Scammers don’t like you to put down the phone, we don’t mind!

We’re aware that a UK-wide connection issue is currently affecting a small number of our Care Link customers.

We’re working with our suppliers to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Care Link has a brand-new look!

You’ll have noticed that our logo and colours have changed.

For our new logo, we’ve taken part of the Vico Homes Bloom that we felt best reflected what we do here at Care Link.

Our new logo says that we are people-centred from the start. Just as we have been since 2007.
