Skin screening

Under the scope 🧐

This is something that is all year round but we are more mindful coming into the sunnier months

Im getting so many more clients acting on this, dermatology isn't something to be shrugged off. Checking your skin and getting it tested when needed isn't just piece of mind, its your health.

We take images of your mole or skin lesion using a specialist, medical grade dermoscope. Its then submitted to dermatology lab and you get a full report back within 48hours saying what it is, how its evolved and recommendations of what to do to treat it, and if needed, this is an indepth analysis that you can take straight to your GP.

Always grateful for my amazing clients 🙏

This lovely lady comes all the way up to Caithness from Ayrshire for her appointments. We have added to previous facial balancing to keep results fresh. Roughly (i think) twice a year now.

She fully puts her trust in me and respects my knowledge and skill. Listens to all of my guidance and recommendations and the decisions i/we make are with reasoning and experience behind them.

Sometimes the answer is 'NO'
Sometimes it's not that product
Sometimes its not that placement
Sometimes its just not today

Its not a one size fits all

Dermal filler, like many treatments, isn't always a 'one time treatment' it can take a few sessions to really achieve our goal, any practitioner that promises otherwise is not being 100% factual. Yes there are times when changes and improvements can be done in a oner BUT that is dependant on the person, the expectations and the anatomy itself.

Aesthetics isn't just a procedure, its an artistry.

You build skill, it comes not just from talent but from effort, hard work, being open to learning, being knowledgeable about anatomy and the function, having an eye for detail and a passion for enhancements.

Its not about being a different you, its about looking AND feeling a better you 🫶

I can't control the body, but i can understand it, and this is where we start our work.

Tear trough filler, filer is for shape and volume loss, so other eye treatments may be better for each person depending on the issue

This client is having her tear troughs done over 2 sessions. This is before and after just the first session big difference already we may then do a 2nd as a top up if needed

This clients journey continues,she's clued up, motivated and disciplined.

However, we know we cannot spot reduce, calorie deficit will reduce body fat in general but her concern was her abdomen area.

Along with fat reduction though we have taken into account loose skin.

We do a full analysis which is individual for each clients needs because we want to achieve as MUCH as possible depending on the issues so it is important that we taylor the treatment to you.

This is before and after just 2 sessions of fat dissolve injections and cryotherapy/cryolipolysis which will further aid fat reduction but also tighten and firm the skin.

First time lip enhancement 💋

This lovely lady felt her top lip was thin and disappeared when she smiles

She wanted volume, a stronger border, and a sharper cupids bow

So we have done exactly that, enhancement that is still very natural and kept her ratio proportional

One slight bruise but lips are so vascular that this sometimes just cannot be helped, this will go in a couple of days

A wee reminder that if you have been asked for a deposit to secure a future booking then this needs to be made otherwise the booking cannot be kept for you 😔

I have contacted clients that are left to do so and followed up with a reminder msg, if then after another 48 hours deposit isn't made and/or i still haven't heard from you then your appointment has possibly been offered out as i have people waiting 🙈

I cannot hold appointments any longer, my time is as valuable as everyone elses. If you were to book through a booking system this would be the case anyway but i AM the 'booking system' and i am more than fair and fully respectful of my clients time so i just ask for the same in return 🫡

If you have a future appointment where a deposit has been asked for and have not paid then please check in with me before making the journey as the space may have been re allocated now 😴

Peels peels peels

I am LOVING skin these days 😍

This is me so please excuse the dodgy photo angle 😂

This is after just 2 sessions of our new skin peels 🙌

Winter takes its toll on our skin, mine was dry, dull, congested (impurities from either intake, environmental factors, hormonal factors) dehydrated with wind and low temperatures, and then the dreaded STRESS FACTOR kicked in too 😩
