Meet Ashley 👋🏻

Ashley is a member at our 5.30 session at Marden Lodge School on Tuesdays.
At the beginning of October, Ashley came along (with her gorgeous 5 week old son 👶🏽) and carefully listened as I explained all about Food Optimising.

Within only 🔟 weeks of joining, Ashley’s had not only achieved her One and a half stone award 🎉 but she’d also been our Slimmer of the Week 🎉, Slimmer of the Month twice 🎉🎉 and had been crowned our Miss Slinky 2022 winner 👑 !

At Slimming World our eating plan, Food Optimising, works for everybody.

If there are foods that you just don’t like or foods that you have to be mindful of for health, religious or ethical reasons, it’s no problem. Slimming World will still work for you. Our eating plan is flexible and it’s generous too.
