Did you know that over 70% of women (and 50% of men) aren't getting enough in their diet? Try to include magnesium rich foods every day e.g. - dark green leafy veg, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, nuts, beans & pulses and wholegrains (e.g. - brown rice). Magenesium can also help with high blood pressure and reduce the risk of Type 2 Diabetes.

Are you getting muscle cramps, having trouble sleeping, feeling a little anxious or craving chocolate?

You might not be getting enough magnesium. The first thing to do is to reduce foods that are depleted in nutrients (refined flours and sugars) and start eating some foods that are high in magnesium, such as avocados, green leafy vegetables, nuts and raw cacao.
