Your body needs FULL range of motion!
Whether you’re at a desk, doing physical work, or caring for a baby - staying in fixed positions creates tension.
Even I need to move my wrists & shoulders between clients🤗
✨ Desk workers- Roll those shoulders, rotate your neck, hip moving between your work
✨ Physical labourers- Stretch in opposite directions, circular/ twisting movement for joints
✨ New parents- Circle those wrists, reach arms overhead, cat and Caw stretching for whole spine.
Your joints are designed to MOVE. Don’t let daily routines limit them.
